We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.

Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the StumbleCrush app:

Open Settings

Tap on your profile, then tap the gear icon to open Settings.

Find Delete Account

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm Deletion

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision when prompted.

Account Deleted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Delete via Email Request

If you can't access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Please include your registered email address or phone number for verification.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

✓ Matches & conversations

✓ Chat messages

✓ Likes & swipes

✓ Preferences

✓ Questions & answers

✓ Notifications

✓ Subscription data

✓ Connected accounts

✓ Profile visitors

Important

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, matches, messages, or any other data after deletion.

Deletion Timeline

In-app deletion: Immediate - your data is deleted right away.
Email request: Within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
