Our Commitment to Child Safety

StumbleCrush (the "stumbleCRUSH" app, available on Google Play and the App Store) is firmly committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.

StumbleCrush is an adults-only dating platform designed exclusively for users aged 18 years and older. We take extensive measures to prevent minors from accessing our services and to protect children from any form of exploitation.

Strictly Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on StumbleCrush and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, video, or content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation is absolutely prohibited.
  • Sexual Exploitation of Minors: Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or promotes the sexual exploitation of children.
  • Grooming: Any attempt to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking.
  • Solicitation of Minors: Any communication seeking sexual interaction or content from individuals under 18 years of age.
  • Sharing or Distribution: Sharing, distributing, or requesting any form of child exploitation material.
  • Promotion of Child Abuse: Any content that promotes, normalizes, or encourages child abuse or exploitation.
  • Sextortion of Minors: Any attempt to coerce minors into providing sexual content or favors through threats or manipulation.

Age Verification and Enforcement

StumbleCrush implements multiple measures to ensure our platform remains adults-only:

  • All users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration.
  • We employ age verification processes during account creation.
  • Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit users under 18 from using the platform.
  • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended and investigated.
  • We actively monitor for and remove any content or accounts that appear to involve minors.

Reporting Violations

We encourage all users to report any suspected child safety violations immediately. Reports can be made through:

  • In-App Reporting: Tap the three dots (⋯) on any profile or content, then select "Report" and choose the appropriate category for child safety concerns.

All reports are treated with the utmost urgency and confidentiality. You may report anonymously.

Our Response to Violations

When we become aware of potential child safety violations, StumbleCrush takes immediate action:

  • Immediate Suspension: Accounts involved in suspected child exploitation are immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • Content Removal: Any violating content is immediately removed from our platform.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all instances of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as required by law.
  • Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement investigations.
  • Permanent Ban: Violators are permanently banned from all StumbleCrush services.
  • Cooperation with Authorities: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.

Moderation and Detection

StumbleCrush employs multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent child safety violations:

  • AI-Powered Photo Validation: Every photo uploaded to StumbleCrush is automatically scanned using advanced AI vision technology to detect and block inappropriate content including nudity, sexual content, explicit imagery, violence, and other prohibited material before it ever appears on the platform.
  • Real-Time Content Filtering: Our AI systems analyze all user-generated content (bios, messages) in real-time to detect and block explicit sexual content, solicitation, and other harmful material.
  • Photo Authenticity Verification: Our AI validates that profile photos are real photographs of actual people, rejecting AI-generated images, deepfakes, and other synthetic content that could be used for deception.
  • Automated CSAM Detection: Implementation of PhotoDNA and similar technologies to detect known child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Human review teams trained in identifying child exploitation material and grooming behaviors.
  • Regular audits of our safety systems and processes.
  • Collaboration with industry partners and organizations dedicated to child safety.

Prohibited Content Blocking

Our automated systems actively block:

  • Visual Content: Nudity, sexual content, explicit imagery, violence, weapons, drugs, and hate symbols are automatically detected and rejected.
  • Text Content: Explicit language, sexual solicitation, requests for contact outside the platform, drug references, and discriminatory content are filtered in real-time.
  • Suspicious Patterns: Our systems monitor for grooming behaviors, age-inappropriate interactions, and attempts to move conversations off-platform.
